The firm's principal, Neil Pedersen, has developed a special emphasis in his practice related to the resolution of disputes between committed Christians. As a result, he is available to provide Bible-based dispute resolution counseling, mediation and arbitration work for those Christians who wish to be obedient to the Biblical mandate to resolve disputes within the Church and not in the public sector. The Christian counseling and mediation is Bible-based, with the goal of reconciliation of the parties. Mr. Pedersen is a trained "Reconciler" through the Peacemaker Ministries training, and was in the Institute for Christian Conciliation's certification program until recently. He is a member of Eastside Christian Church in Fullerton, California.
